Rapidement, des discussions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9es avec les <strong>propri\u00e9taires fonciers<\/strong>, et une <strong>pr\u00e9-\u00e9tude environnementale<\/strong>, confi\u00e9e au bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes ind\u00e9pendant <strong>ECOSPHERE<\/strong>, a permis d\u2019\u00e9valuer les enjeux li\u00e9s \u00e0 la biodiversit\u00e9 du site.<\/p><p>Les r\u00e9sultats ont confirm\u00e9 que cette zone pr\u00e9sentait des conditions favorables pour le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un parc \u00e9olien, ouvrant ainsi la voie \u00e0 des \u00e9tudes plus pouss\u00e9es. L\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>2024<\/strong> marque un tournant avec le <strong>lancement officiel du projet<\/strong>, jalonn\u00e9 par plusieurs actions cl\u00e9s :<\/p><p><strong>\u2714 Juin 2024<\/strong> : <strong>Annonce officielle<\/strong> du lancement du projet via la premi\u00e8re lettre d\u2019information envoy\u00e9e aux habitants<strong><br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u2714<\/strong> <strong>Juillet 2024<\/strong> : <strong>Installation d\u2019un m\u00e2t de mesure du vent<\/strong> sur la commune de Saint-Cl\u00e9ment, une \u00e9tape essentielle pour affiner l\u2019\u00e9valuation du potentiel \u00e9olien et poursuivre les analyses sur les chauves-souris.<strong><br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u2714 Octobre 2024<\/strong> : Organisation d\u2019un <strong>porte-\u00e0-porte<\/strong> par les \u00e9quipes d\u2019ENERTRAG pour aller \u00e0 la rencontre des habitants, r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs questions et recueillir leurs avis sur le projet.<\/p><p>Ces premi\u00e8res actions marquent le d\u00e9but d\u2019une <strong>ann\u00e9e compl\u00e8te d\u2019\u00e9tudes<\/strong> (vent, paysage, acoustique, biodiversit\u00e9), qui se poursuivront jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>fin 2025<\/strong>, en vue du <strong>d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la demande d\u2019autorisation environnementale \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2025<\/strong>. Le projet avance, et nous continuerons \u00e0 partager son \u00e9volution avec vous \u00e0 chaque grande \u00e9tape !<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>It all began in 2019, when we initiated the first discussions with the town councils of Saint-Cl\u00e9ment and Cuiry-l\u00e8s-Iviers to explore the region&rsquo;s wind energy potential. Discussions were soon held with the landowners, and a preliminary environmental study, carried out by the independent consultancy ECOSPHERE, assessed the biodiversity issues at the site.<\/p><p>The results confirmed that the area presented favourable conditions for the development of a wind farm, paving the way for more detailed studies. The summer of 2024 marks a turning point with the official launch of the project, marked by several key actions:<\/p><p>\u2714 <strong>June 2024<\/strong> : <strong>Official announcement<\/strong> of the project launch via the first newsletter sent to residents.<\/p><p>\u2714 <strong>July 2024<\/strong> :<strong> Installation of a wind measurement mast<\/strong> in the commune of Saint-Cl\u00e9ment, an essential step in refining the assessment of wind potential and continuing the bat analyses.<\/p><p>\u2714 <strong>October 2024<\/strong> : Organisation of <strong>door-to-door<\/strong> visits by ENERTRAG teams to meet local residents, answer their questions and gather their opinions on the project.<\/p><p>These initial actions mark the start of a full year of studies (wind, landscape, acoustics, biodiversity), which will continue until the end of 2025, with a view to submitting the application for environmental authorisation in autumn 2025. The project is moving forward, and we will continue to share its progress with you at every major
